How long should it take for delivery?

All products are posted via Royal Mail, and aim to be delivered within 5-10 days.
What are the products made from?

Our products are made from 100% Soy Wax, it is renewable and vegan friendly. Each of the products are hand-poured and hand made!
What do I do if my product arrives damaged?

If your product is damaged in the post, please send a picture to pinkduckcreations23@gmail.com. We will assess the damage and contact you with relevant options to choose from.
What is the frosting on my product?

Frosting is a unique and natural effect of using soy wax. The wax is trying to return back to its natural form, and as a result it begins to crystalise. It does not affect the performance of the product in any way and is a clear feature that your wax is 100% chemical free.
