SHIPPING POLICY

At Pink Duck Creations we pride ourselves in quick and secure posting of your products. All of our Cosmetics are made to order, as they are MADE FOR YOU, BY YOU! So they are individually made.

 

We aim to make and post your items within 5-7 business days, we will send you an updated email once your product has been posted. Please allow up to 7-10 days after postage confirmation for your delivery. Our company uses Royal Mail as our courier.

 

We do not ship outside of the UK / Channel Islands, if you require your item to be sent outside of our specified areas please send an email to pinkduckcreations23@gmail.com with your order number and we will try to see what we can arrange for you. Please be aware postage prices may vary if shipping is outside of our selected areas.

 

Postage is a set fee unless otherwise notified.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Here at Pink Duck Creations we offer you a money back guarantee. We take pride and care with our products when making, packing and sending them out to you. In the unfortunate event that your item is damaged please use our contact page, upload a photo of the product and we will be happy to sort this for you.

 

Our returns policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase then unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.  

 

The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and must be in original packaging. Please send us an email to pinkduckcreations23@gmail.com to let us know you are returning the item and keep proof of postage; we will supply you with a return address. Once we receive your product we will notify you to confirm we have got your returned item. After this we will let you know of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If a refund is given, it will be sent to your same method of payment within 10-14 days. Please be aware the cost of return shipping will not be added to the refund.
